Kirkpatrick Model Training Evaluation Redesign Framework
戦略・評価A design methodology based on the Kirkpatrick Four-Level Model, the global standard for training evaluation, that shifts focus from satisfaction (Level 1) to behavioral change (Level 3).
It is optimal for shifting the evaluation metrics themselves from "learning" to "behavior" in response to the specific challenge of "training not leading to behavioral change."
Identify training programs to be reviewed
From the more than 100 training sessions conducted annually, we will identify and list the key programs that particularly need to be converted to behavioral change (Level 3).
