Overview
A method aimed at freely generating diverse ideas regardless of the theme. Brainstorming has four basic rules.

Steps
- 1
Set the design subject in advance.

- 2
Following the leader's facilitation, discuss ideas about the theme. Extract new design elements related to the design subject based on the four basic rules.

Tips & Tricks
The leader should adhere to the four basic rules, focus on creating a comfortable atmosphere where opinions flow freely, and guide the discussion to stay on topic.
To draw out new ideas through interaction with others, it is recommended to arrange desks and chairs so everyone can see each other's faces and make others' ideas visible.
For effective ideation, conduct the session for about one hour with breaks in between.
When evaluating generated ideas, it is effective to focus on 'originality' and 'feasibility' and wait a day before doing so (let the ideas sleep overnight).
