Steps

Determine the design subject in advance. At this time, also clarify constraints and prerequisites. Form multiple groups (3-5 people per group).

Each group generates ideas for the design subject and compiles them into one design proposal.

Each group presents their design proposal, and the best elements from each proposal are combined into a final design proposal.
