Overview
A method aimed at designing products and services that satisfy users by assuming virtual users representing the target user segment

Steps
- 1
Research the usage situation of the product as the design subject in advance.

- 2
Construct multiple personas (virtual users representing the target user segment). Personas need to be given characteristics related to personality, such as daily lifestyle and preferences, in addition to basic attributes like name, occupation, age, and hobbies.

- 3
Assume behavioral scenarios where the persona uses the design subject and extract user requirements related to the design subject.

Tips & Tricks
In the Persona Method, it is important to narrow down to a specific individual user image rather than a user group.
