Overview
A method aimed at generating ideas for themes such as new product planning and improvement. By grasping conventional concepts using the triangle-circle-square diagram, you can generate diverse ideas for planning and improvement.

Steps
- 1
Set the design subject in advance.

- 2
Extract three main design elements A through C from the existing design subject and place them at each vertex of a triangle.

- 3
Write elements A through C at the center of three circles respectively, and in the overlapping areas of two circles, combine the respective elements to generate and place three new design elements D through F.

- 4
Place the three elements D through F and a new element G at the vertices of a square.

Tips & Tricks
For diverse ideation, it is effective to prepare multiple triangle-circle-square diagrams and try selecting elements broadly and experimenting with various element combinations.
