Overview
A method aimed at generating ideas for themes such as new product development, project planning, and organizational development. By integrating the ideation process in 'the world of imagination' with the practical process in 'the real world,' you can obtain concrete proposals for problem-solving. *Similar to cause-and-effect diagrams, but differs in that multiple people ideate and share information.
Steps

Set the design goal in advance.

Determine members consisting of about 5 people.

Each person generates ideas for achieving the design goal through meditation. Share the generated ideas with each other and extract design elements related to those ideas. Repeat this process several times.

Based on the obtained design elements, create a fishbone chart. Place the goal at the head of the main bone, then arrange related design elements on the middle and smaller bones based on causal relationships.
Tips & Tricks
In the ZK Method, when creating the fishbone, the order of bone placement does not need to carry specific meaning.
The ZK Method can be used not only by groups but also individually.
