Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter 'Terms') define the conditions for using 'kalubo' (hereinafter 'Service') provided by kalubo (hereinafter 'Company'). Registered users (hereinafter 'Users') shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 2 (Registration)

1. Those wishing to use the Service shall apply for registration by agreeing to these Terms and following the method prescribed by the Company, and registration shall be completed upon approval by the Company.
2. The Company may disapprove the application if it judges that the applicant falls under any of the following, and shall not be obligated to disclose the reason.
   • False information provided
   • Applicant has violated Terms before
   • Other reasons deemed inappropriate

Article 3 (Password and ID Management)

1. Users shall manage their Service password and ID at their own responsibility.
2. Users may not transfer, lend, or share their password and ID at their own responsibility.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not perform the following acts when using the Service:

• Acts violating laws or public order
• Acts related to crimes
• Acts destroying or interfering with our server or network
• Acts interfering with Service operation
• Collecting personal info of other users
• Unauthorized access
• Impersonating other users
• Unauthorized advertising or solicitation
• Other inappropriate acts

Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

The Company may suspend or interrupt the Service without prior notice if:

• System maintenance or updates
• Force majeure like earthquakes, fire, power outage
• Computer or line accidents
• Other difficulties in providing Service

Article 6 (Restriction and Deletion)

The Company may restrict use or delete registration without prior notice if:

• Violation of Terms
• False registration info
• Default on payment
• Other inappropriate use

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company does not guarantee that the Service is free from defects (safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for purpose, security flaws, errors, bugs, rights infringement, etc.).
2. The Company is not liable for any damages caused to Users by the Service.

Article 8 (Changes to Service)

The Company may change contents or stop the Service without notice, and is not liable for damages caused.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may change these Terms at any time without notice if necessary. Changed Terms are effective upon display on the Service.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. Japanese law governs these Terms.
2. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our head office location.
